As an installer, you might be wondering whether you qualify for the GoodWe PLUS+ ProgramOpens in a new tab. To become a certified GoodWe PLUS+ Installer, you need to complete a specific training program provided by GoodWe. This training is designed to familiarize installers with the latest technologies and installation methods used in GoodWe inverter systems. Upon successful completion of the training, installers receive a certification that qualifies them as official GoodWe PLUS+ Installers.
In addition, you must have a SEMS Portal account. If you don’t have one yet, you can easily create it hereOpens in a new tab. For companies with multiple SEMS accounts, all installers responsible for installing GoodWe inverters must successfully complete the training to be eligible for the benefits of the PLUS+ Program. The 10-year warranty becomes valid as soon as the installer has successfully completed the training and the inverter is registered with GoodWe.
When Have I Successfully Completed the Training?
Successfully completing the training means that installers have finished all required modules and passed the associated tests. This ensures that installers gain a thorough understanding of the installation processes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting of GoodWe inverters. It also enables them to provide customers with a high level of service and resolve any potential issues effectively.
