Connecting a Solis S5-EH1P(3-6)K-L to SolisStorage: IntelliHome or FlexHome-L

Would you like to combine a Solis S5-EH1P(3-6)K-L hybrid inverter with a SolisStorage, IntelliHome or FlexHome-L battery? Then it is important to use the correct cabling and verify that the inverter has the required firmware version installed.

The S5 series uses Amphenol battery connectors. To ensure a correct connection, the battery cables supplied with the inverter must be connected to the battery cables of the storage system. Please follow the wiring diagram provided in the installation manual.

In addition, the firmware of the Solis S5-EH1P3K-L, S5-EH1P3.6K-L, S5-EH1P4.6K-L, S5-EH1P5K-L or S5-EH1P6K-L must be up to date before connecting the battery. If an update is required, the installer can update the firmware independently.
