How do I submit an RMA?

In our webshop, we have improved the RMA and return process. Below we explain step by step how to submit an RMA correctly.

Steps:

  • Go to your completed orders and click on the order for which you want to submit an RMA.
  • Click on Return or RMA
  • Select the correct products or the entire order. Per product you can choose whether you want to submit an RMA or a return. Please note! If the order is older than 14 (business) days, you can only submit an RMA.
  • Under “Problem description”, clearly state why you are submitting an RMA and do not forget to include photos.
