Technical Requirements for Smooth Commissioning
To ensure a successful wireless setup, keep the following in mind:
- Compatible charging stations: Only Eve Single S-line and Single Pro-line models produced from March 2023 onward support this feature. Check the production date on the charger’s type label.
- Up-to-date firmware: Make sure your charger runs on NG 9x firmware version 7.1 or higher.
- Latest MyEve App: Version 2.0 or above is required. Download the latest version from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Configure Your Charging Station Wirelessly in 5 Steps
- Power cycle the charger (turn it off and on). The Wifi access point will be enabled for 15 minutes.
- Launch MyEve 2.0, tap the (+) to add a charger, and select Wireless.
- Connect by scanning the QR code on the password card.
- Enter the password from the card that came with the charger.
- The network connection is now set up. Use the MyEve App to configure further settings.
For more advanced options, the ACE Service Installer remains available. This allows you to configure detailed settings such as access points.
