We publish our complete assortment on 2BA and Artikelbeheer.nl. Below you will find more information about both channels, as well as an explanation of pricing and ordering functionality within these data pools.
2BA
What is 2BA?
2BA is a data pool for trade and product data in the installation sector. Wholesalers such as Libra Energy and installers use 2BA to exchange information. Data users can automatically import the data into their software. Installers use this data, for example, in a quotation, order, or technical drawing.
Downloading the assortment
There are several ways to download the Libra Energy assortment via 2BA.
- Option 1: Via a selection profile Select Libra Energy as your preferred supplier in your selection profile, choose the desired output format, and define the schedule for receiving the data. - Option 2: Via a direct download You can search for Libra Energy in the participant overview and request a download of the complete assortment via the “Download dataset” menu. Click here Opens in a new tabfor the Libra Energy dataset.
- Option 3: Via search engine Unifeed (with web services) You can search for the Libra Energy assortment and import it into your (ERP) software via web services. Click here Opens in a new tabfor more information about downloading via Unifeed.
Artikelbeheer.nl
What is Artikelbeheer.nl?
Artikelbeheer.nl is a data platform for installation professionals in the Netherlands. On Artikelbeheer.nl, you can find the complete assortment of wholesalers such as Libra Energy. Collect and select the right products and process them in your ERP software.
Downloading the Libra assortment
There are several ways to download the Libra Energy assortment via Artikelbeheer.nl.
- Option 1: Download assortment Select Libra Energy as the supplier and download a file with all updates at once in the format that suits you best. With one click, product and item information is downloaded into a file in your own environment.
- Option 2: Web services Importing data via web services works almost the same as downloading assortments. However, instead of downloading files, you are connected directly to the server. Changes are processed automatically (synchronized).
- Option 3: Via Art-Select With Art-Select, you can add the desired items to your shopping cart. You can then export these items to your ERP system via the shopping cart.

Prices and ordering
I only see gross prices via 2BA and Artikelbeheer.nl, where can I find my net prices? That is correct, only gross prices can be published on 2BA and Artikelbeheer.nl. Net prices are calculated based on your own purchasing conditions. You can find your purchasing conditions by logging intoOpens in a new tab our webshop Libra Energy – solar wholesaler. Go to Account and then to Downloads. On this page, you will find your purchasing conditions in two different file formats. These can be used to calculate your net prices based on the gross prices from the 2BA or Artikelbeheer.nl dataset.
- ICC (your purchasing conditions in ICC file)
- TXT (your purchasing conditions in TXT file)
Brands/prices/conditions are missing in my file, how is that possible? This is not intended, we aim to provide a complete file. In this case, please contact customer support.
Can I order products via 2BA or Artikelbeheer.nl? It is not possible to order products via these data pools. For ordering, please log in to the webshop, where your net prices are also directly visible.
