Alfen Charge card
Use the Alfen charge card to start and stop your charging sessions. The card is compatible with all charging stations equipped with an RFID card reader.
The Alfen charge card can be used in three ways:
Using the ACE Service Installer
Open the ‘Authorisation’ tab and make sure the ‘White list enabled’ and ‘Local list enabled’ options are checked. Under White list, click om ‘Add automatically’ and hold the charge card against the reader on the charging station.
Using the ‘Masterkey’
Instructions for configuring a Masterkey can be found in the manual for the Eve Double and Eve Single. These manuals can be downloaded at alfen.com/downloads.
Remotely using a back-office system
Some back-office systems for charging stations can also be used to authorise users.
