The BYD Battery-Box HVB battery expansion of 2.97 kWh is a flexible solution for expanding high-voltage storage systems. This module is designed for use within the HVB battery tower. Thanks to its scalability, the system can easily be adapted to the desired storage capacity. This makes it ideal for increasing self-consumption and achieving a stable energy supply.

The module uses cobalt-free lithium iron phosphate (LFP) technology, ensuring high safety and a long service life. With a protection rating of IP55, the battery is resistant to dust and water splashes, allowing installation both indoors and outdoors. The system supports smart features such as automatic SOC adjustment, remote diagnostics and over-the-air updates.
