BYD 4.0 Low Voltage Battery Box

BYD’s 4.0 Low Voltage Battery Box consists of a single module and weighs 45kg. The battery offers maximum flexibility and can be expanded to provide up to 256kWh of storage, with as many as 64 modules connected in parallel. The battery is manufactured using cobalt-free lithium iron phosphate (LFP), ensuring maximum safety, longevity and power.

This BYD Battery Box can be combined with both single-phase and three-phase low voltage inverters. The battery can also be deployed as a powerful emergency backup system and has off-grid functionality. BYD has patented the modular plug design of this battery, which eliminates the need for internal wiring and offers maximum flexibility and ease of use. The BYD-LVS-4.0 comes with a 10-year warranty.

This battery is compatible with the GoodWe ES, EM and SBP series, Solis RHI series and SolarEdge StoreEdge three phase series.

The BYD-LVS-4.0 is supplied without base & cover and BMU.A minimum of one module is required per battery tower, with a maximum of six modules. A maximum of 16 x 4 battery towers can be combined in a storage system.
