GoodWe All-in-one 5kW + 8kWh

The GoodWe ESA 8 kWh is an all-in-one energy storage system that combines the inverter and battery in a modular design. The system is suitable for integration with existing solar installations and, thanks to its expandable battery capacity, can be adapted to changing energy demands. Its pre-assembled design reduces installation time by up to 50%. In addition, the system supports dynamic energy tariffs through an AI-driven Energy Management System (EMS).

This AC-coupled battery system stands out with its built-in backup connection. Although the solar panels are not connected directly to the system, the battery can still communicate with the existing PV inverter during a power outage. This allows the existing solar power system to continue operating even when the grid is unavailable, ensuring a reliable power supply.

​​​​​​​The ESA series also supports a 1C charge and discharge rate for fast energy cycling. For enhanced operational reliability, the ESA series features a six-layer safety concept. The integrated heating function ensures reliable operation even at temperatures down to -20°C. Configuration and software updates can be performed with a single click. Battery modules with different capacities, as well as existing and new battery modules, can be combined within the same system.
