ClickFit EVO panel clamp 60mm

Enstall’s black ClickFit EVO panel clamp is 60mm wide and suitable for all standard solar panels between 30 and 50mm thick. This panel clamp is manufactured of high-quality steel with a special Magnelis coating for optimal corrosion resistance. The smart design of the panel clamp means it can be used both as a centre clamp and an end clamp (in combination with the end cap). The clamp pierces the top layer of the solar panel and so ensures that the solar panels are electrically interconnected (important for earthing the system). The clamps are fitted with anti-theft screws as standard and are also available in grey.

Enstall’s black ClickFit EVO panel clamp is suitable for pitched roofs and is clicked onto the top two mounting rails of the system. Slide the end clamp support onto the mounting rails and panel clamp and rotate the lip of the panel clamp away from the panel. Then slide the panel onto the top mounting rails, against the two end clamp supports, so that the panel clamp will fit over the solar panel. Ensure that the mounting rail end protrudes 20 to 30mm from the panel and then screw the clamps down. Then click the universal panel clamps onto the mounting rails. Only screw the clamps permanently to the mounting rail once the entire panel array is installed.
