The Embion HEMS is the dedicated solution for intelligent energy management in residential properties and apartment complexes. From individual homes to holiday parks, housing associations, healthcare facilities and homeowners' associations, the HEMS monitors and optimises energy generation, storage and consumption in real time, ensuring available grid capacity is used as efficiently as possible.

What is the Embion HEMS?

The Embion HEMS is Embion's dedicated home energy management solution for residential applications. The system monitors and optimises energy generation, storage and consumption in real time and automatically controls all connected devices based on available power and configured priorities.

The HEMS can be deployed in two ways: as a standalone solution for individual homes (grid connections up to 3×35A / 23 kW, controlling up to six controllable assets), or as part of a cascade configuration for residential complexes, where an Embion EMS installed at the main grid connection monitors the total energy consumption, while a HEMS in each home provides intelligent energy management for the individual unit.
