The IQ System Controller 3 INT makes it possible to connect the house to the electricity grid, the IQ Battery storage system and solar energy. It is a microgrid interconnect device (MID) that automatically senses the home energy system and seamlessly switches from mains power to backup power in the event of a grid failure.
It consolidates interconnection equipment and communications gateway into a single enclosure and streamlines the grid-agnostic capabilities of PV and storage installations by providing a consistent, pre-wired solution for residential and light commercial applications.
