FlatFix Fusion Stabiliser

The Enstall FlatFix Fusion stabiliser is used to reinforce the mounting system on flat roofs and is installed between two mounting profiles. The stabilisers can be earthed by ensuring they overlap. An earthing adapter is used to connect the stabiliser to the PV system.
Install the first stabiliser under the panel such that the lower edge falls into the open notches of the long mounting element, with the side of the stabiliser flush with the edge of the long mounting element. Attach one side of the stabiliser to the long mounting element with an M6 x 12mm mounting screw. Take care not to strip the thread when tightening the screws in the mounting element. Repeat the above steps to install the second stabiliser, making sure that the slots in the stabilisers overlap the pilot holes in the long mounting elements. The FF100-7214 has a length of 1900mm and is suitable for panel lengths of 1830 to 1970mm.
