Esdec FlatFix Wave: maximum efficiency on the roof

The dual layout of FlatFix Wave allows the roof area to be covered as fully and efficiently as possible. This configuration is designed for large-scale projects and can also accommodate the next generation of large solar modules. Thanks to the system’s rigidity, arrays of up to 40 by 40 metres can be installed easily.

Fast, error-free installation

FlatFix Wave is very quick to install thanks to the small number of assembly steps. Align and unfold the preassembled base modules, click the high base element and stabilisers into place, and install the solar module using the unique module locking mechanism. The entire assembly process, including installation of the solar module, can be completed without tools. The stabilisers also provide space for cable management, among other uses.

Safe & reliable

Each solar module is optimally supported by two base modules. The solar modules are clamped along their long sides, as specified by most solar module manufacturers, minimising the risk of module damage. The patented FlatFix Wave system has been extensively tested and was developed in accordance with NEN1010 and NEN7250. It also meets the highest corrosion resistance class.
