The FRO-SYMO-GEN24-8.0P offers two backup power options for maximum reliability. With the integrated PV Point function, power can be directly supplied via a socket in the event of a power outage. With advanced energy management features, the Fronius GEN24 Plus SC provides greater control and efficiency in daily operation. The integrated active cooling contributes to a longer service life of the inverter and protects the investment in the long term.

The inverter features open interfaces, allowing components from Fronius and third-party suppliers to be easily integrated and controlled. This enables full system customization and supports a high level of energy self-sufficiency. Installation and commissioning of the FRO-SYMO-GEN24-8.0P are quick and efficient, ensuring smooth implementation in both new and existing PV systems.

For full reliability, the Full Backup option is available, supplying the entire household with backup power, including larger loads such as heat pumps (depending on power demand in relation to (peak) inverter capacity). In combination with a connected battery storage system, the GEN24 Plus SC can be configured as an advanced Full Backup power supply system.
