Van der Valk Aluminium Side++ rail, extra long

Van der Valk’s aluminium Side++ rails are an essential component of ValkPitched/Clamp mounting systems on pitched roofs. Thanks to the extra-long Side++ profiles, even the new generation of solar panels with a maximum panel width of 1134mm can be mounted quickly and efficiently.

The extra-long Side++ rails are installed in the same way for all types of roof hooks. The rails are secured to the roof hook using hammerhead bolts. The hammerhead bolts are inserted into the slots on the sides of the rail and then tightened with a flange nut. It is important to verify that the bolt head is inserted completely into the slot so that the rail cannot come loose from the roof hook.

ValkPitched/Clamp

The Van Der Valk ValkPitched series is suitable for all roof types. ValkPitched/Clamp is a clamping system with universal middle and end clamps (height 28-50mm). The Side++ rails with adjustable, universal panel clamps are suitable for all systems. The connector is the same strength as the rail, so there are no weak points.
