What does Libra Energy need from you as a customer?

  • The starting point is the RMA form on our webshop. Always fill it in as completely as possible. The more information we have about a problem, the better and faster we can help you as a customer. An incomplete or incorrect problem description can lead to a wrong assessment of the situation and unnecessary costs
  • Based on the information you provide, Libra Energy will process your request. So please provide in advance as much evidence as possible of the colour difference you have found. Consider:
    • The brand/model of panels
    • Serial numbers (if possible separated into colour 1, colour 2, etc)
    • Purchase date and installation date
    • Pictures of the installation from different angles. Preferably also at different times of the day.
  • There may be spots, scratches or marks visible on solar panels. You can first try cleaning this with alcohol or distilled water combined with the soft side of a sponge and a chamois. If it does not provide a solution, Libra Energy can look with you and we can possibly start the RMA process.
